the ones from the 90s, left in drawers, batteries long dead.we take all them neglected souls in. every single one. but the shelter is getting full, and that's where you come in.

my widget isn't updating

make sure Gotchii has Health access (Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Gotchii) and Screen Time permission. widgets refresh on Apple's schedule (give it up to 15 minutes). if your gotchii is still frozen, restarting your iPhone usually wakes it up.

how does my gotchii's health work?

its heart fills when you take it on a walk and empties when you scroll too long in the apps (you selected to monitor). gotchii never blocks your apps, never nags, never judges.

my gotchii died. can I get another one?

open the app and apply through the in-app mail. convince us. we've never said no to a sincere one.
